How does the calculator work out a price?

It multiplies your internal hourly cost by the hours a plan takes each month to get your cost floor, then divides by one minus your target margin to get a price. The other tiers are scaled around that middle price so the maths stays consistent.

Why three tiers?

Three tiers turn the decision from whether to buy into which size to buy, and the middle tier anchors the choice. Most clients pick the middle one, so present and price it as the default.

Are these prices final?

No. Treat the output as a floor built from your costs, then add for the value you protect. A revenue-critical site is worth more to look after than a brochure site, even when the work is similar.
