It might be because of the TLD of your domain name. The TLD is the Top Level Domain - the end of the domain name - such as .com, .co.uk, .fr, .de, .agency, etc. We maintain a list of whois servers from various TLD providers. If you have a new domain TLD that hasn't been around for very long (a new TLD that is, not a new domain) that it's possible our list of TLD providers doesn't cover your domain yet. Let us know and we'll try and get it added.
